ANAF Fire Protection S.p.A. announces an agreement to acquire the EMEA portable fire extinguishers business (“GLORIA”) from Kidde Global Solutions.  The business, which operates out of Ropczyce (Poland) and Wadersloh (Germany), manufactures and sells portable fire extinguishers, predominately under the GLORIA brand.

GLORIA is a long-established operator in the fire protection sector and the acquisition represents a key milestone in ANAF Fire Protection’s international growth strategy and further enhances its presence in the European market by expanding production capacity, technical expertise and geographic footprint, particularly in Germany, Northern Europe and Poland.

ANAF Fire Protection S.p.A. stands out as an industrial group with strong operational expertise and a long-term development vision. This approach, based on industrial know-how and direct involvement in manufacturing processes, ensures continuity, stability and a concrete commitment to the development of GLORIA, as opposed to purely financial investment logic.

The acquisition of GLORIA will enable the development of significant industrial and commercial synergies, enhancing existing know-how and creating an increasingly integrated and competitive European manufacturing and distribution platform.

The transaction is expected to close in early Q3 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
